The Client acknowledges and agrees that such technologies are deployed for purposes including:

- enabling core features and preventing repeated re-entry of information;
- safeguarding security and detecting fraudulent, automated, or abusive activity;
- load balancing and performance optimisation;
- measuring and analysing traffic volumes;
- measuring and analysing traffic sources;
- measuring and analysing referral paths;
- measuring and analysing page usage;
- measuring and analysing feature usage;
- measuring session duration;
- measuring conversion and drop-off;
- diagnosing errors and crashes; and
- where consented, delivering, limiting the frequency of, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing and remarketing communications.
THIRD-PARTY COOKIES AND IDENTIFIERS
The Client further acknowledges that certain third-party services integrated into the Platform may themselves
set and read cookies and identifiers upon the Client's device.
These third-party services include:
- analytics providers;
- payment gateways;
- hosting and content delivery networks;
- video and media players;
- embedded social media features; and
- advertising or attribution partners.
Such third parties may thereby collect information concerning the Client's activity.
CD Fitness exercises no control over such collection and accepts no responsibility for such third-party
collection or processing.
COOKIE CONTROLS AND CLIENT CHOICES
The Client may:
- accept cookies;
- restrict cookies;
- block cookies; or
- delete cookies
through the settings of their browser or device or through any consent mechanism made available on the Platform.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that restricting or disabling cookies may:
- impair certain features of the Platform;
- degrade certain features of the Platform; or
- render certain features of the Platform inoperative.
The Client further acknowledges that continued use of the Platform without such restriction constitutes consent
to the use of cookies as described herein.
